I gotta question ?

My question has to do with the XBOX 360. Sometimes when im playing, the xbox will stop playing the game and say "Disc is Unreadable." I just got fable 2 and picked the disc up with tissues, so human hands haven't even touched it yet, so it's not scratched or anything. This happens with other games. What can I do to fix this? Should I sent it in? (Already got fixed for 3 rings of death)
