Will I need to have tooth extraction if my frontal tooth has slight movement?

I had a recent accident where I broke 1/2 of my frontal tooth and had crown reconstruction. But, the neighboring frontal was in a lot of pain, with no breakage. Now this same tooth moves slightly if I push my tongue into it when I chew food. My accident was in late October, and I did not experience this movement until a few days ago. I am really paranoid about it falling out or getting more loose and needing extraction. Should I really be worried or is it normal to feel some movement? Please help with suggestions and I will see my dentist very soon, post holidays. Thank you!
