Please. I wanna learn more about the shootings in Mumbai?

well, some people are saying that the shootings are from foriegn visitors, or terrorists. The bomb explosives have been a series through out mumbai, in the taj hotel, the oberoi hotel, a railway station, a cafe and other places.
