Went hospital said iv got erosion in my womb wot ?

i went to hospital lastnight just a check up and as they examined me they said they could see an erosion in my womb i asked if it was dangerous they said it shouldnt be why would they not give me a straight answer or are they not aloud but they just said stop panicking has anyone else had this they said its common really lots of women have it and dont no
