How can I get a credit card with no credit hisotry, even though i'm fully employed, lease a car, and rent?

I need a card, preferably without huge APR or annual fees, and with a decent credit limit, but I can't get in anywhere, because I've never had credit. I am paying off school loans, which are not overbearing and have no outstanding bills, but I constantly get rejected. HELP!!!
