My account keep sign out when try to use all the features in instant messege?

i just reformat my laptop and i have install and reinstall the Yahoo! Messeger to overcome this problem but it still dont work. everytime i try to see or use the features like IMvironment, smile, audible and also when i try to change or add my status...it make me tired and worried when i think about this problem.
