Question for people in England: Are English people the darkest, swarthiest featured people in Europe?

Catherine Zeta Jones is a very bad example as 1. she is not English 2. she is not really Welsh - I mean the name Zeta should give it away that she's not very Anglo at all. If you go to London and walk Edgeware Road, you'll have no clue what English people look like but the traditional English look is just as various as in your country, or my country. And as was asked - what the hell does it matter? Good Music, Good Beer, Great Culture - who cares what color the people responsible are?
