Would making learning fun help students learn?

I am writing a persuasive paper for my writing cl and it is about improving our school. My whole paper is about making learning more fun. The actual question is "Does making learning more fun help you learn more?" I need to have 5 paragraphs, thesis, Survey, Information about the topic or studies done on this topic, interview, and conclusion. Now me being the forgetful and unorganized person i am, i lost my page with all my information and studies on this topic. So if you could be so kind as to help me with information about this topic? Please it would be very very helpful. :)
