I need to get KISS wrappers onto a fabric, how? Can I varnish the wrappers on the fabric to protect from wash?

I suppose you could seal the wrappers in that plastic, waterproof stuff, kinda like seal a meal stuff .You know, some that seals together when you iron it ? Then sew that to the material, I guess!???
