I'm looking for a Chocolate chilli recipe I used to have from a cookbook I bought in Marks and Spencer.?

I have been trying for ages now to find the recipe I used to have for chilli from a Marks and Spencer cookbook I had in 2006. I emigrated and couldn't take it. All I remember is the cookbook was red and the recipe asked for Spanish lager and dark chocolate and instead of mince it was chunks of beef I loved the dish and have been trying to recreated it ever since. If anyone has the recipe or knows how I can find the cookbook i'd be chuffed. Please help!
