How I do Change The Color Scheme Of My Computer To Black?

I want to change the color scheme to black on my computer, but I'm not sure if you can. I right clicked, and selected Appearance, then looked under the color schemes. I only have Olive, Blue, and Sliver. Is there a way to download black?
