Did cobb get stuck in limbo at the end of inception?

so at the end he is on the plane.. was he is a 2 or 1 dream on the plane? or was that the first dream they where going into? and at the end did cobb get stuck in limbo cause he spun is die and he was like whoa !! and he and ran to the kids was he in a dream? i dont get it. help??? please.
