Can I check the "History" of what doents were accessed?

For example, I can check the history of which websites were accessed but is there a similar function with doents accessed/opened/edited? I ask this, because my brother recently came over and asked to use my computer. He then was looking around some of my doents and I told him to stop and he did. (He's obviously "nosey")... Which leads me back to my question if I can see the "history"? I'm wondering what he tried to look for?
